It's Alive!

In my previous post (I know, it's been almost three months. I'm sorry!) I promised to bring you some exciting news during this winter. Now, it has come the time to draw the curtains of secrecy on that matter and reveal the news you all must have been waiting so eagerly. Let me introduce you the Sailfish-Felt Triathlon Team!

The team consists of some of the best triathletes in Finland: Maria Kasurinen, Iina Lumiaho, Tatu Kasurinen, Darby Thomas, Henrik Goesch and Your's truly - Jens Dahlman.

You can expect to see this bunch around a lot of triathlon races this year, and hopefully podiums as well. In the meantime, you can check up on the team webpage or Facebook, where we intend to post pictures and videos of how the athletes are doing.

The team is the brainchild of entrepreneur, Joni Väänänen, whose goal is to create a platform for the athletes to build their success on by bringing the team members' knowledge and experience together and to also share it to people interested in triathlon.

To me, to be able to be part of this team is an honour. It's a new direction in the sport of triathlon in Finland and I'm sure it will bring good things along. The name sponsors of the team, Sailfish and Felt, ensure the success won't be held back by the equipment!
